Rates are for single or double occupancy and 12% local and state tax not included. Additional occupancy is $25 per adult (ages 12 and up) and $10 per child
under 12 years of age. Five or more nights receive a 10% discount.

Midweek business rates are available. Limited government rates are available.
Major credit card (Master Card or Visa, please) or advanced deposit is required to confirm reservation. Cash or check deposits equal to one night's lodging or 50% of entire reservation plus tax, whichever is greater, is due at time of booking for each room with balance due upon check in.
Cancellations — A refund will be
made only if the cancellation is received at least 5 days before
the arrival date, unless we are able to re-rent the room. A $20
processing fee is deducted from all refunds. Credit card
deposits will be refunded by check. In the event of early
departure, guests are responsible for full payment of the entire
reservation. For special events or holiday periods, a 14-day
cancellation period and a multiple night stay may be required.
The Inn is a nonsmoking establishment — smoking is allowed on the outside deck or gardens. Guests who smoke in any indoor area of the Inn, including their room or bathroom, will be charged an extra fee
(up to $500) to repair resulting smoke damage.
There are no TVs in rooms — there is a TV/DVD/VCR in the common area.
Rooms have phone extensions for credit card and local calls. Wi-Fi service is available for laptops.
Feather and down bedding is completely allergy free; please advise if other bedding will be necessary.
Special needs, dietary and other restrictions are honored when possible.
